P&G Canada's Brand Operations Team is a strong multi-functional team comprised of expert media leaders focused on building industry leading media expertise, capabilities, and go to market strategies that drive media enabled growth across the P&G brand portfolio.

Brand Operations works in close collaboration with P&G Canadian brand teams, NA and Global media teams, and local agency and media partners.

P&G is looking for a Senior Media Manager, Digital Operations to join us full-time in Toronto as soon as possible. The Senior Media Manager will be accountable for identifying, building, and managing digital media capabilities and go to market strategies that continue to fuel media driven growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, Build, and Manage Best in Class Digital Capabilities to enable the category in-house media activation teams to step-change media driven growth
  • Drive thought leadership across key digital spend-pools to drive best in class results across reach, effectiveness and efficiency
  • Lead centralized digital operations including digital media stewardship and reporting
  • Lead Digital Media Training & Knowledge Building for P&G
  • Forge new partnerships based on the changing landscape and evaluate existing and emerging media opportunities
  • Drive Best in Class partnership between P&G category teams, P&G US & Global media teams, and media partners

    Qualifications

  • Minimum of College Degree / Certificate; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • years digital experience preferably with a media agency or multichannel national advertising client
  • The Ideal Candidate has :

  • Media Expertise : + years of digital media experience - advanced understanding of digital operations Experience leveraging industry platformsStrong knowledge of the typical processes and tools utilized to report and optimize digital media buys
  • Strong Analytic Skills : Able to triangulate between data, brand goals and opportunities
  • Strong Management Skills : Proven skills at managing multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities, balancing short and long term needs and implicationsEffective communication skills able to leverage verbal and written communication to drive action;
  • able to present and sell ideas to senior managementAbility to operate with discipline - relentless attention to detail and strong project management skills
