The Commercial Partnerships Manager is responsible for effective management of a diverse portfolio through business development activities including networking for new business, building on current customer relationships as well as the development and maintenance of a strong sales funnel.
ResponsibilitiesMust have a passion for sales and relationship developmentSelf-starter with energy and commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceProven track record of, or passion for, business developmentSolid desire to meet and exceed expectationsPromote multi-department products and servicesEffectively manage time to ensure maximum productivityDevelop an action plan / strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction by identifying areas of new growth and work with management to develop sameConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsCreate and maintain customer list and potential customer lists and schedule visits to build new and develop current business relationshipsParticipate in social media outlets and other advertising sources as requiredAttend networking events to identify and develop growth opportunitiesDevelop and maintain weekly and monthly activity reports for General Managers at each of three branches including networking opportunities, new business acquired, growth opportunities, challenges, etc.
