They receive, stock, cut, prepare, wrap, weigh, price, and attractively merchandise seafood department products. They are responsible for proper inventory control and product rotation to maximize product freshness and availability, while minimizing waste.
They attend the service case, assist customers with special requests, and answer questions about our seafood products and help increase sales by offering product samples and by recommending additional items.
Fish cutters work with equipment like wrapping machines and knives.
