One of TEKsystems clients in the Winnipeg area is looking to bring on an IT site lead / service desk lead on a contract basis.
We are looking for an individual with the below skill set.
Top Three Skills :
1. Experience in a Service Desk / IT lead capacity overseeing and managing a team of 3+ individuals
2. 5+ year's experience working within a Windows environment supporting windows OS 7 and above, MS Office Suite, Active Directory, Office 2013 within an environment of 300+ users
3. 5+ years working with Service Now ticketing system
