We are looking for an office administrator to join our team! This person will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring the office is running smoothly.

    Responsibilities :

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable and basic bookkeeping
  • Maintain and contribute to the company’s Social Media presence
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Prepare and monitor invoices
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous office administration experience required
  • Bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Able to work independently and part of a team
  • Able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
  • Superb customer services skills
  • Top notch organization skills
