Responsibilities :

  • Maintain strong knowledge on all company's services while identifying specific customer needs and requirements
  • Be proactive in predicting any potential service conflicts, issues, or needs, while providing rapid solutions and updating customers on product status
  • Collaborate with account stakeholders to promote business initiatives, and work to maintain current accounts while acquiring and setting up new ones
  • Create consistently positive customer experiences and maintain top tier professionalism as the point of contact both internally and externally, while adhering to KPI's during service delivery
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy during billing assignment and completion
  • Attend to regular customer-related activities including completion of manual reports and participating in Business Reviews
  • Requirements :

  • 5+ years' of work experience in transportation and logistics industry
  • Previous experience working with Ocean Freight Operations is considered an asset
  • Proven ability to exceed in a customer service capacity through resolving various concerns and challenges and establishing strong client relationships
  • Strong professionalism and analytical abilities
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills are a must
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong accountability, leadership, and follow through
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
