The Role

As an Account Coordinator you will :

  • Analyze individual customers accounts to identify product adoption opportunities
  • Independently and successfully manage a high volume of task execution, financial management and issue escalation cases
  • Help drive upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage
  • Regularly conduct product training, implementation and strategy calls
  • Work with channel partners to identify and develop new sales opportunities amongst their clients and prospects
  • Become an expert in Sales Enablement and serve as a highly knowledgeable point of contact for Skura’s suite of products and the sales enablement methodology
  • Become an expert in the Skura Product
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide customers with the appropriate resources
  • Maintain a revenue base by working as a team to manage account retention and renewal
  • Develop strategies for scale and growth for the Customer Success team
  • Required Experience :

  • Around 1-3 years experience with a sales or account management team, preferably in a startup or fast growth environment
  • A verifiable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • A firm grasp of how business works, including sales, consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Clear and articulate communication skills and the ability to effectively drive a phone conversation
  • Important terms to know : SFX, CRM, CLM, SaaS, iCloud, Sales Enablement, etc
  • Willing to take on multiple roles within the company
  • Experience may come from school endeavourers, previous work experience, or start up company / school clubs
  • Comfortable working with technology (iPads, Tablets, Laptops, Etc)
