As growth and development senior advisor, you contribute to the mission of the Acquisitions team, whose mandate is to accelerate Desjardins Group acquisition initiatives.

You are called upon to contribute to transactions from the start, from the development of acquisition orientations, in line with Desjardins Group’s strategic plan.

You also monitor and analyze acquisition opportunities, whether initiated by external parties, our collaborators or the team itself.

You play a central role in managing the process and making recommendations as part of a transaction. A large transaction is a highly complex file requiring an analysis and a global understanding of the organization.

Coordination is critical, so you interact with stakeholders working in many other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

In this role, you assume a leadership and influencer role with the various practitioners, such as the business, strategy, finance, risk and compliance sector teams.

The nature of the files requires expertise in strategy and finance.

In all these situations, you help draft recommendations for Desjardins Group's senior management and decision-making bodies, such as the BoD.

This role is an opportunity to have a very significant impact on the future of Desjardins Group.
