The position of Standard & Custom Parts Coordinator supports the Sales Team with managing and expediting spare parts inquiries and customer spare parts inquires and orders.
The role requires direct interaction with Customers, Sales and Operations Team in order provide quick and accurate responses to customer inquiries and orders.
The role is very dynamic and requires the ability to react to customer needs quickly, efficiently and accurately.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
In support of the Sales team : Respond to customer inquiries for Standard parts pricing and availabilityEnter and process clean standard parts orders upon receiptSupport the estimators with quoting custom parts and maintaining standard price listsAssist estimators in identifying reference projectsCoordinate with the logistics teams to ensure spare parts shipment are shipped on time and arrive at the customer facility on time as promised
Assist in developing process improvements for standard and custom spare parts order estimation and execution.
Follow up to measure Delivering Great Customer Experience (DGCE) success and provide feedback to the business as needed.
Act as ambassador for STK with the customer and internal parties.
Willingness to take on additional tasks / projects as required by the business
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
Community college or University degree in Engineering, Business or related experience in a similar role preferred.
Sales experience a definite asset
Strong, professional verbal and written communications skills
Excellent multi-tasking abilities and proven problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program / project management software.
Second language skills a definite asset.
