THE OPPORTUNITY : We are currently seeking a dynamic, driven and strategic BILINGUAL INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE to join our outstanding Private Label Corporate Account Management team.
As a valued member of this team, you will strive to exceed your targets weekly and monthly, brining your positivity and enthusiasm to this role.
You will strategically partner and liaise with Paradigm Questâ€™s Private Label team, your brand & your regional offices to align business and marketing goals.
Increase Sales Results
Achieve sales and operational targets.
Promote the Private Label Brands, products, service levels and value propositions to Brokers through marketing channels.
Educate and coach Brokers on required process flow, product rules and documentation requirements to ensure successful submissions with a focus on improving quality standards / broker score card.
Participate in key conferences, trade shows and regional events as required
Follow the on-boarding process for all new Brokers as detailed in your broker onboarding kit
Perform sales activities in a professional and proactive manner, while maintaining the Business Code of Ethics and meeting or exceeding targets
Proactively assist New Agents with their first deal submission
Influence Operational Efficiency
Liaise with credit team and other departments when necessary to resolve agent issues
Effectively manage and improve the broker overall score
Act as primary point of contact for all new agent portal set up
Analyze originator performance and execute any required account management practice
Respond to incoming calls and emails from mortgage originators, within prescribed SLA's
Follow up on files that are closing in the next 15 days and still missing documents to ensure deals closed as scheduled
Encourage open line of communication with brokers in order to assist in resolving any issues or concerns immediately
Provide updated information about Private Label products, policy, service, processes and rates in a timely manner
Educational / Technical Experience :
University / College degree in related field considered an asset
Proven track record in Sales and / or Account Management with exceeding sales targets
Minimum 2+ years of successful sales experience
Knowledge and experience of the Canadian Mortgage industry
Knowledge and experience with financial services and Broker / Dealer operation
Proven track record of relationship sales success
Bilingual - French & English
