What you will do : As the Canadian Area Sales Manager you will plan, coordinate, and support existing Autocall Fire Alarm Dealers and the recruitment of authorized dealers throughout Canada.

You will ensure the authorized dealers sales force is provided with the necessary tools, equipment and training to make presentations and cost quotes for each project bid.

  • You will assist Dealers as they prepare pricing quotes and bids for large construction and retrofit projects within each market place.
  • Provide educational training and support to each sales representative informing them of new products and industry topics and conduct product training to each Dealers sales force to aid in the selling and pricing of brand products.
  • Maintain and achieve sales goals and quotas for brand region and territory.
  • Provide management direction and support to local customer service representatives and order entry personnel within each region.
  • Support Dealer activities, or direct to the appropriate team member that can.
  • Support the Engineering community with communications direct, or with Dealers to promote JCI and its Fire Protections brand Autocall. What you will need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of successful outside sales and presentation experience required.
