Reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition and Learning, this role will be responsible for assessing and scanning the market, sourcing and attracting executive-level talent for Rogers.
They are also directly accountable to manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of Executives.
What you'll be doing :
Partner closely with our VP Talent Acquisition and Learning, SVP Organization Development, HRBPs, Chief HR Officer and internal Executive Leaders to lead searches of Senior Management (Director+, strong focus on Executive)
Conduct intake with appropriate leaders to compile a strategic review of our business needs and investigate and share industry trends
Utilize your network to scan and assess the market for talent and attract the best leaders to Rogers that align to our values, required competencies, experience and leadership capabilities for today and the future
Facilitate the entire executive recruitment process, including, creating and posting thoughtful role specifications that speak not only to the requirements of the role but the exciting work, screening candidates and managing interviews
Throughout the search ensure that Inclusion and Diversity is a leading element to finding great talent
Conduct interviews (both search and informational / networking) and make recommendations on leaders who will be an asset to Rogers
Develop and execute effective and efficient executive assessment, workflows, and process
Create a best-in-class candidate experience for our executive recruits that leave a lasting impression and speak to our employer value proposition
Ensure that the Rogers brand is accurately reflected in each of our markets leveraging the important segment knowledge of regions, industries, etc.
Support immigration process for executives from other countries
Build strong relationships with executive search firms in the times we need to leverage external support
What you have :
Post-secondary education in a business-related or HR discipline
7+ years in executive search, executive sourcing channels, networking and market research and insights
Experience as a coach and practice in coaching candidates on career changes
An influencer, in particular with executives, and confidence in recommendation
Familiarity with immigration and onboarding of executives from other countries
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate deadlines and candidate requirements
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize
A high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up
Demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information
Literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is a requirement. Experience with Success Factors would be an asset
Bilingual (French / English) is an asset
