Customer service administrator
Your new company
This global manufacturing company is actively seeking a customer service administrator to join the customer service team for a 2 month contract.
You will be based out of their Annacis island office and will be joining a great team that takes pride in their collaborative work culture.
Your new role
Located on Annacis Island, your duties and responsibilities will include creation and maintenance of MS Excel spreadsheets detailing order information, technician schedules and other data, processing of customer orders and any other administrative duties as prescribed.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed within this role you must be computer literate with a solid knowledge of MS Office Suites. In addition proven experience in customer service based or administrative roles is required for this position.
Experience with CRM software applications is a major advantage. Strong communication skills, ability to take charge and work as part of a team as well as independently are also essential traits.
