Whether by phone, email or web booking, our team is responsible for making booking a service appointment a simple and stress free task.
We are brand ambassadors and it is imperative we make the clients feel welcome, comfortable and cared for from start to finish, while they are working with us to maintain their vehicle.
Client satisfaction is our number one priority.
Maintain dealership-client relationships through emails and phone calls reminding clients of services due.
Advise clients of vehicle needs and maintenance recommendations.
Confirming Service Appointments : Confirm servicing needs, take note of issues for the service advisors, Update any changes, Confirm time, date and transportation needs with the client.
Active listening and probing for details are key.
Manage Service Advisor appointments & allotted Shop time.
Strong communication skills both on the phone and via email
Work well in a team environment
Organization / Detail Oriented
Positive and Professional Attitude
A moderate level of experience with computers and excel are an asset
Automotive experience not required
A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
