As Manager - Market Intelligence, you will have a high exposure role within the CSB marketing organization leading a team of Market Intelligence (MI) / Business Intelligence (BI) professionals.
You will work collaboratively with both stakeholders and your team to drive a strategy that elevates and enhances the reporting and analytical capabilities of the organizational.
Under your leadership, the stakeholders you support will benefit from reporting and insights with a focus on reliability, accuracy and timeliness to drive the right decisions for TELUS.

Leading a team of Market Intelligence professionals, providing timely and actionable reporting and insights to support decision making across the organization
Driving the capabilities of the team to translate business questions and requirements into actionable insights, not just data and reports
Developing and managing reporting and analytical capability roadmaps
Working collaboratively with VP, Director and Manager Stakeholder teams
Ensuring delivery of time-critical business results reporting (e.g. month-end reporting, Consumer Solutions Leadership Team updates, etc.
to Finance and the Executive Leadership teams
Leading the implementation of self-serve reporting tools such as Tableau and Domo, to deliver enhanced capabilities to end-users
Collaborating with our stakeholders, Business Intelligence team and Business Transformation Operations (BTO) teams to provide requirements as part of our reporting capabilities roadmap
Leading, coaching and engaging a team to support the above responsibilities
You're the missing piece of the puzzle With :
Sound knowledge and best practices in business intelligence, reporting, customer analytics, customer / market analysis
Strong executive and senior management stakeholder management skills
Ability to distill complex information into succinct insights & actionable implications to leadership
Proven analytical / business skills, planning and prioritization competencies
Excellent communications skills including experience developing and delivering presentations for senior management
Experience establishing and maintaining cross functional relationships (including other BI / MI teams, Finance, etc.)
Ability to develop and articulate market / business rationale for analysis
Proven ability to work under pressure
Experience in dealing with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities / needs
University degree in business, marketing, finance, mathematics, engineering or accounting
5-6 years’ experience in business and / or analytics, preferably within the telecom / wireless industry
