As part of the Windows Software Platform Group, the IQE (Integration Quality Engineering) team will be responsible for the first-
level of integration testing of AMD’s Graphics driver suite for AMD’s line of APU and DGPU products.
Your responsibilities will include :
Developing test plans, defining test cases, executing and / or automating the tests
Defining / developing / executing regression test models and tracking the results.
Test Case / Plan development consisting of Functional testing, negative testing, customer / end user testing, performance, reliability and usability
Reproduction, troubleshooting and triaging of S / W defects
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate degree / certification in relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years experience in Software Testing
Strong knowledge of or interest in PC Graphics(Computer displays, HDTV), 3D graphics concepts, DirectX and / or OpenGL, middleware, and game engine technologies or in DCC / CAD concepts and applications.
Extensive knowledge in PC configuration (both Software and Hardware)
Experience in multi-disciplinary QA process environments.
Familiar with aspects of product development, such as lifecycles, software process methodology and product deployment.
Test case / plan execution and generation.
Self-starter able to achieve successful outcomes in a non-hierarchical environment, with minimal supervision or direction.
Detailed oriented; ability to multitask through planning / organizing.
Communication skills : Good oral, written and presentation skills.
