What will the Business Analyst do?

  • Analyze and understand customer requests.
  • Translate business requirements into functional language for the team.
  • Document use cases, business rules, etc.
  • Participate in Sprint planning, backlog updates, DSM, Retro, Demo.
  • Collaborate with the PO in creating and defining the backlog stories.
  • Supporting development teams and quality control activities.

    And if you have the following skills and qualities :

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Software Engineering or any equivalent. training and experience combination.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a functional analyst.
  • At least 3 years of experience in agile / scrum development in software engineering.
  • Knowledge of SQL, SOA.
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • You are

  • Well organized and good at managing priorities.
  • An excellent communicator and comfortable with stress.
  • Creative and curious.
  • A team player who can provide and receive feedback.
  • Excellent at making complex ideas accessible to different stakeholders.
