The Bilingual Inside Sales Director is responsible for developing highly qualified sales opportunities and working them into the sales funnel within a specific territory.
The ISD will leverage sales and lead generation via targeted resources and platforms, as well as work with Sector Partners to identify and qualify potential opportunities through cadences and persistence, to set appointments for their outside sales directors.
Setting appointments for our outside sales team Developing outreach strategies and building relationships with honesty and integrity Utilizing multiple online resource platformsLeveraging savvy technology and social media skills CRM, Microsoft Suite, Video & Communication Platforms and Research ToolsCollaborating with outside sales directors to identify and contact prospective customers, build relationships, qualify their needs and determine next steps Setting goals with your line manager to meet yearly KPIsCreating relevant collateral with our marketing and creative teamsBeing consistently persistent Daily Responsibilities Daily outreach via multi-channel approach to new prospects within the existing CRM databasePerform limited research on organizations as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing multiple research toolsGather and communicate industry, market, customer, competitive information and intelligence to strategize with teamDevelop effective email topics and campaigns to generate interest from prospects and grow our digital email newsletter distributionReview analytics from monthly email campaigns and follow up on areas of opportunityUtilize social media tools to push Compass Group news, press releases, and other public content to develop businessMaintain accurate and timely notes and validate current data records within the CRMMeet and exceed your quarterly and annual performance targetsIdentify opportunities for future growth through prospecting, qualifying and activating new accounts.
