Manage projects for the Tokyo Smoke Brands portfolio from brief to final delivery, including scoping, creative resourcing, workback schedules, and oversight of development and execution to ensure every project is delivered on time and on budget
Lead relationship with Tokyo Smoke Brands marketing team, including status meetings, day-to-day project updates, creative presentations, and feedback cycles
Develop and manage workback schedules and contact reports for every campaign, making updates to schedules throughout a project if required
Work with product team to ensure all projects (digital, print, video, etc.) are produced with craft and efficiency
Champion Tokyo Smoke Brands in partnership with Creative Lead, Tokyo Smoke Brands, ensuring brand standards are maintained on every project
Champion internal processes with the larger creative project management team, establishing, maintaining and optimizing our approach to drive project effectiveness and efficiency on each and every project
Champion our medical customer, both patients and healthcare professionals, keeping up to date on the latest research and learnings for both targets
Other duties as assigned
5+ years project management and / or account service experience, preferable within a marketing team or creative agency environment
Proven experience managing and balancing multiple complex projects, multi-disciplinary projects, and leading diverse, dynamic teams to deliver balanced, integrated solutions
Post-secondary degree / diploma in marketing, communications, advertising, business, information technology, or a related discipline
Solid understanding of project management tools (FunctionPoint or similar) and reporting processes to keep project stakeholders and senior management informed about key project metrics
