Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Coordinator must be extremely organized, proactive and a quick learner willing to take on a variety of tasks.

This individual will be a detail-oriented person who can work independently and in collaboration with the operations team.

Responsibilities Support the site Operations Coordinators to ensure the site tasks are being completed. Ensure all required data is being completed correctly and submitted in a timely manner Work with the site manager to identify any requirements for operations support Administrative support to the RGM (agendas, minutes, scheduling meetings, travel booking) Support the Regional functions to ensure objectives are met Monitor projects and ensure the RGMS are kept updated of any significant issues Provide coaching and support to the site Operations Coordinators Support the Regional General Manager with any required tasks Other duties as assigned Experience and Background Strong excel skills and computer skills Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Strong ability to multitask Knowledge of applicable safety legislation and guidelines Basic knowledge of OHSA regulations Interpersonal skills to include organization, coordination, facilitation and planning
