Intact Lab Manager’s mission :
Manage a multidisciplinary team in designing, developing and applying Machine Learning models (pricing, telematics program, fraud, process automation, etc.);
Help build the industry’s best data science team by keeping our specialists motivated and engaged in an agile environment and helping them grow their careers;
Collaborate with partners across the company to develop our AI vision, identify and prioritize AI use cases and implement solutions.
Minimum of five years’ professional experience in an analytical and innovative environment, including at least two years in team management;
Data Science enthusiast with a background in a related field, including (but not limited to) : Machine learning, Computer science, Software engineering, Physics, Actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics
Understanding of underlying Machine Learning theory and the Predictive Modeling Lifecycle;
Previous experience in insurance or finance is an asset;
Strong communication, time management and work organization skills;
Live and demonstrate leadership success factors within Intact.
