Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise-wide Applications, this individual will play a critical role in LogMeIn’s effort to build a world class IT organization.
We are looking for a highly-skilled, innovative Apple / Casper administrator with strong experience deploying Apple products at scale, to manage and support a rapidly growing Apple environment, including Mac and iOS devices.
The ideal candidate would be able to thrive in an environment where their ideas and actions have an immediate and positive impact.
Build and update applications and policies within the Casper Suite, related to security and operational requests / requirements from end users or IT.
Maintain JAMF Distribution Points, and Apple DEP used to image, configure and manage our Apple fleet of Macs running MacOS 10.14 Mojave+.
Build, document and update system configurations using a zero and / or lite-touch configuration that is Apple hardware agnostic.
Act as Level 2 escalation for complex troubleshooting of problems with Apple equipment that the help desk cannot resolve.
Document and communicate technical matters that have may impact to Mac users effectively and regularly.
Provide detailed reporting via project management tools to management regarding current initiatives.
Maintain compliance with established patching and updating requirements (OS & third-party software patching)
Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience working in Information Technology in a support role (Desktop Support or System Administration) or equivalent experience setting up, supporting and maintaining Apple devices, tools and systems for an enterprise organization.
JAMF Software Administration and Certification (JAMF 200+) is highly desired .
Proficient using Apple Business Manager, DEP, Apple Enterprise Connect,zero / light touch deployment tools and systems at scale.
Experience building and testing of enterprise software deployment packages using commercial and open source tools.
Solid foundation of core enterprise applications, including Active Directory,security and backup.
Self-motivated with strong client service, troubleshooting, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet project deadlines, multi-task and prioritize projects independently.
Ability to travel as required to other LogMeIn offices and sites ( 5%)
Flexibility to work nights and weekends only as required, to monitorissues orremediate after-hours deployments.
