Builds and maintains strong relationships with the key customers in the target segment. Ensures the major accounts in the segment(s) are identified and prioritized.
Offers technical advice and provides comment on specifications for internal and external customers on products and solutions.
Provides technical support during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations
Support the local sales organization / customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and prepare technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal
Communicates the end user value proposition for the target segment. Creates and implements the communication, promotion and training activities in the segment.
Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.
Participates in the preparation of the strategic product marketing plan including the roadmap, the positioning on the market as well as the pricing.
Responsible for the strategic plan deployment.
Understand and communicate the Canadian markets requirements that shall enable to effectively position a winning strategy and value proposition.
Monitors market trends and recommends adjustments for the strategy and plans accordingly to meet changing market and competitive landscapes.
Provides appropriate market information for long- to mid-term decision making.
Identifies and understands the customer’s needs. Focuses on meeting those needs and ensuring both satisfaction and a continuous business relationship.
Demonstrates high attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of work completed.

Minimum of 5 years of experience with power protection systems (uninterruptible power supply).
Sound technical knowledge on uninterruptible power supply systems
Mature knowledge and ability to discuss all single line aspects.
Product marketing knowledge.
Proven communication skills.
French and English language abilities.
