Responsibilities :

1) Establish quarterly and annual sales objectives

2) Manage capacity of the team and grow the capability of the team to accommodate change and market growth

3) Implement and manage process to identify key surveillance market influencers

4) Manage team to ensure all activates are documented

5) Ensure timely follow up on all new sales leads

6) Monitor Sales Rep productivity in support of account development

7) Manage audit process for people and systems to ensure a high level of quality

8) Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions

9) Participate in the development and implementation of training materials

10) Modify procedures to improve quotation, sales and contract management effort

Requirements :

1) Bachelor’s degree

2) Minimum 2+ years of sales or sales support role experience

3) Experience with business-to-business commerce and internet communication software

4) Strong process orientation and substantive sales methodology

5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
