What you will bring :
A Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
3+ years of relevant experience in document control.
Proficiency in the MS Office software suite, including strong Word and Excel skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and oral communication abilities.
The desire and ability to organize data.
Ability to identify efficiencies and streamline processes.
Experience in the engineering consulting industry is an asset.
Knowledge and understanding of civil construction is an asset.
Knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project) is an asset.
