Description :

  • Handles customer accounting queries received by means of inbound queue and email correspondences
  • Logs and updates details into customer accounts using the application SAP
  • Assesses and identifies an applicable resolution in response to customer disputes
  • Works closely with Collectors to provide updates on the status of disputes pertaining to their portfolio
  • Handle challenging and complex situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Works closely and communicates with other functional departments
  • Requirements :

  • Must be fluent in French & English
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Basic knowledge of business accounting concepts
  • Above average typing skills
  • Knowledge of MS Microsoft / Excel, SAP software
