We're currently looking to hire a reliable Customer Experience Associate to join our fast-growing team.

About the Role

As the Customer Experience Associate , you will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs and queries. Working in a fast-paced industry, you are expected to work fast and manage multiple workflows on the go.

You will focus on creating the best customer experience possible, building quality relationships and promoting Biiibo's products and services.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have high energy, will be willing to learn and to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

We are expecting motivated individuals who are empathetic to customer needs, who are problem solvers and who will become an important part of our team and culture.

Construction knowledge is not required but is an asset.

What is Expected

  • Diligent and timely response to customer inquiries.
  • Able to determine customer needs to recommend the most appropriate solution(s) in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures and escalating as necessary with appropriate discretion.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting Biiibo's products and services to each customer in an accurate and informative manner.
  • Connect and build trust with customers to develop strong, long lasting relationships.
  • Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment with other associates who are also apart of our fast-growing team.
  • Always deliver a strong and positive customer experience.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the business through customer feedback to achieve operational excellence.
  • Go above and beyond : our customers expect the best service in the industry; we aim to impress them every time.
  • Do You Have What It Takes?

    Aside from a positive can-do attitude, you'll need :

  • Sales and customer service experience.
  • Proven success in a customer service and / or a sales-oriented role within the construction industry is an asset.
  • Rise & Shine : Our customers are up early and so are we. Shifts may begin as early as 6 : 00 A.M.
  • Experience in data entry is required.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Be enthusiastic and enjoy working with customers.
  • Self-motivated, and self-directed. Capable of performing tasks with little to no supervision.
