Our client, an established Ag Equipment Dealer in Saskatchewan, has an immediate need to hire an experienced Territory Manager to run their region in Northeast SK.
We seek a dynamic and energetic sales pro who can help service and grow this expanding territory.
The Territory Manager will :
Focus sales efforts on a designated territory; nuture existing client relationships as well as develop relationships with future customers.
Ensure clients are fully satisfied and build on going loyalty
Communicate with Sales Manager regarding sales of new and used equipment
Increase territory sales volumes annually to meet personal and coporate objectives
Become a the 'go to' expert regarding the products and manufacturers
Arrange professional and successful demos to clients in region
Follow up with potential clients, previous clients and current clients and maintain communication from point of sale to delivery
Ensure an outstanding delivery experience; complete documentation and payment details to receive a high level of customer satisfaction
Represent the company as a committed and professional team player
Key requirements :
Proven experience as a Territory Manager in the heavy duty or Ag equipment sector
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM is requried
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and leadership ability
