What can you expect in this role?provide general department support to coordinate and facilitate governance-related documentation and reporting requirements, team initiatives and eventsAssist with all administrative functionsCoordination of meetings, managing multiple conflicting meetings and necessary resources, booking and scheduling meetings with internal and external clientsPrint, photocopy and distribute documentation as requestedCompile information and prepare reports and correspondenceProvide technical support with regard to budgeting (i.

e. perform data-entry)Ordering office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, etc.Coordination and preparation of documentation for local and international travelProvide general administrative support to the technology leadership teamCode and forward invoicesProvide support to the budgeting and annual performance processesWhat do you bring to the role?

University degree or college diploma in related discipline5+ years of experience in a coordinator or support positionProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointHigh level of maturity and integrity with respect to confidential informationStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, friendly and courteous in all interactions with internal and external customersExcellent organizational and time management skillsHigh level of comfort dealing with senior level staffCollaborative approach to problem solving with focus on outcomesDetail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of serviceWe also take potential into consideration.
