Job Description :

Professionally clean client homes using Merry Maids procedures and products. As a team member, it will be your responsibility to provide exceptional customer service in each and very client home.

What we will be looking for in a solo cleaner :

We are looking for people who know what hard work is. They know the feeling of satisfaction that comes after putting in a hard day’s work.

It does not matter if you are a college graduate or a high school graduate. We are simply looking for people who want a fulfilling career with Merry Maids.

Responsibilities :

Use Merry Maids products and procedures to clean client homes.· Use provided equipment including vacuums and microfiber cleaning cloths and mop.

Clean all surfaces in home, including fans, vents, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.

Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms.· Vacuum all stairs, carpet, and hard wood.· Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and client homes.

Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintain equipment.· Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in proper uniform.

Must be dependable and on time· Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers

Requirements :

Must have a Canadian Drivers License and be able to drive to and from cleans.

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Ability to read cleaning instructions

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment

Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
