About the Opportunity
Full cycle accounting for corporate entities, including preparation of bank reconciliations, journal entries, account reconciliations, and quarterly lead sheets with analysis
Expense allocation and invoicing to other corporate entities
Manage corporate credit card payments, accounting and reconciliations
Ownership of corporate cash reporting including; daily cash email, monthly cash report to senior management and quarterly consolidated cash flow statement
Coordinating the know your client process and legal documentation review for all bank account administration matters
Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives, including automation
Preparation of documentation for key accounting processes to create standardized best practices
Excellent communication skills with the capability to adapt messages to varied audiences
IFRS experience is a strong asset
CPA in progress
Proven organizational skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel's advanced functions
$60, 000 - $75, 000 / year
