Key competencies and duties include :
Meeting and greeting all visitors to reception in a professional, customer focused and courteous manner
Entering visitor details onto our computer based system
Leading the Reception team
Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Be able to adopt a positive and flexible attitude to changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts / rotas
Must have the ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Experience within a similar role
Good IT skills
