In this role, you will play an important role in sales-centric communications with a variety of prospects seeking location-

based digital marketing solutions. You will own execution and delivery of critical sales-related communications, logistics (production and timely distribution of various deliverables) and administrative support to the sales, strategy and functional leads throughout the sales cycle.

The selected candidate will work with sales, marketing and strategy team members to craft high-quality presentations, sales reports, new marketing collateral, and participating in targeted marketing initiatives.

This position will report to the Director, Business Development. This role is based at DAC Group's head office in Toronto and will support business development activity across North America.

Limited travel may be required.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with New Business Unit, Strategy, Marketing and Creative Studio team members on the development and refinement of communications deliverables during all phases of the sales cycle (from introductory presentations, digital marketing audits, industry research, through to the execution of email drip campaigns).
  • Manage and maintain all CRM records
  • Build productive ongoing relationships with counterparts on client-side marketing teams and with internal contributors;
  • Assist in the preparation of professional proposals, quotes and assemble contracts
  • Source new RFI / RFQ / RFP opportunities
  • Coordinate internal marketing initiatives including social media & lead nurturing campaigns
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • An undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Experience managing CRM records (Dynamics an asset)
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • An ability to prioritize and react quickly to a busy, changing environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and a special focus on PowerPoint)
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Interested in web-based technologies; experience with enterprise software an asset
  • Knowledge in SEO, SEM, Display, and Social Marketing is an asset
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated. Comfortable working independently. Proactive. Pleasantly persistent.
