About the Role

We’re growing our Personal Lines Admin team. We are looking for an Account Administrator / Client Assistant to interact with clients on a day-to-day basis while managing a variety of administrative tasks.

More specifically, this role will play an essential role in servicing, guiding, and resolving our clients’ issues. With this role, you will open the door to an exciting career path opportunity with NFP and be a valued member and key partner in ensuring client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare invoices and billing material and assist with requests for payment
  • Prepare pre-renewal client information packages
  • Reporting of claims where required
  • Assist front line service and sales staff with various backend service request
  • What You Bring

  • Some customer service and / or admin experience is an asset preferably in finance or insurance
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a remote / hybrid environment
  • Strong time management, organizational, and ability to consistently meet deadlines unsupervised
  • Quick learner and comfortable in an uncertain / changing environment
  • Knowledge of personal lines billing and payment options is an asset
  • Experience with EPIC or other industry software is an asset
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
