Our client is a growing organization in the Financial Services industry. They are looking for a Tax Manager to be responsible for managing the operations of the tax area in the company, including preparing tax filings and tax planning.

About the Opportunity
Preparation of all federal and provincial tax filings for all legal entities of the organization
All taxes including income taxes, provincial retail sales taxes, provincial premium taxes, and HST / GST / QST
Accounting for all income taxes in Canada
Preparation of quarterly tax provision calculation and note disclosure in financial statements
Administration of all aspects of the tax functions, proper documentation of all work, discussion and conclusion
Evaluate intercompany transfer pricing and management fee arrangements to ensure best tax positions taken and to comply with all tax requirements
Build new and existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business and use knowledge of client business to apply tax situations
Manages multiple clients, budgets and production goals
Experience from the firm or industry with managerial experience
Commodity Tax experience
CICA In Depth Tax Course is an asset
Experience with ERP systems is an asset
$100,000 - $115,000 / year
