  • Fulfill client requests in a timely manner, adhering to best practices
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client concerns
  • Fielding inquiries and provide prompt, courteous service to all clients
  • Maintain knowledge of service lines and products within the HRservices department
  • Discuss technical aspects of services with clients
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Post-secondary education in related discipline an asset
  • Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a call-center environment
  • Experience in a help desk environment highly desirable
  • Strong English and French language skills required
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, professional writing, and organization
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work within tight deadlines
  • Must be detail oriented with typing accuracy
  • Complete discretion and comfortable handling sensitive information
  • Microsoft Office Application
  • Work well in a team environment
