What you’ll do

  • Supervise and train all cash, and shipping staff; providing weekly updates to store management
  • Ensures all policies and procedures are being adhered to in shipping / receiving, OH&S and cash
  • Assist the Store General Manager in scheduling and writing performance reviews for the cash, visual and shipping staff
  • Maintain fixture area within the store and order supplies as necessary

  • Must possesses a very good understanding of all store systems including signage program, ticketing module, and POS system including all back office programs
  • High school education completed; Post-Secondary an asset
  • Demonstrated computer skills
