The Post Harvest Lead Hand is a member of the Post-Harvest Team that works in conjunction with Managers, Supervisors, and other processing staff, facilitating and maintaining open lines of communication within the department.
The Dry Room Lead Hand is attentive to detail, able to maintain a clean work space, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure they are being followed by others.
The successful candidate will be an energetic self-starter with a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills.
