What you’ll do

The Senior Consultant, Concept Renewal develops and leads the delivery approach for enabling new store Concept strategy execution with cross-functional stakeholders, peer groups and impacted dealers and supports the Manager, Concept Renewal, to drive process design, build and delivery of multiple Concept Renewal priorities.

Leveraging merchandising knowledge and project management experience, the Senior Consultant possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills and is also responsible for :

  • Supporting investigation of renewal strategies and leading development of objectives and deliverables for program / project workstreams in an often confidential environment and ensuring initiative feeds into sustainable approach to new Concept rollout following pilot phases.
  • Developing and maintaining core project management deliverables including project scope, workplans, communication plans, status reports, and action / decision / risks logs in consultation with multiple stakeholders
  • Leading the development of project timelines, rollout strategy and process documents, and monitoring and reporting on rollout progress
  • Facilitating meetings and leading discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to proactively track project milestones and identify risks and escalations with focus on follow up of task completion associated with design and implementation
  • Acting as key contact for internal and external cross-functional teams and Dealers through the project life-cycle including identifying, creating and implementing new renewal strategies
  • Exploring, analyzing and monitoring data and performance progress of store initiatives
  • Creating cost analysis of concept projects
  • Building and maintaining presentation decks to support initial concept ideation as well as project status discussions
  • What you bring

  • Project or Program Management experience skills are preferred
  • Store and merchandising experience is an asset
  • Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional business units
  • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills with ability to influence groups and cross-functional teams and experience facilitating sessions with employees at all levels
  • Strategic and innovative thinking skills including the ability to begin formulating actions and work paths beyond day-to- day interactions
  • Strong working knowledge of Power Point and Excel; MS Project, Access and Visio are an asset
  • University degree or College diploma or equivalent.
