Overview

Lafarge Construction in Edmonton is looking for Base Prep Foreman for Subdivision work who are capable to run all equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all work complies with Safety and Environment issues with SAFETY being a priority
  • Lead and direct people, equipment and resources
  • Conduct hazard assessments, tailgate meetings, and all other required documentation
  • Ability to read blueprints, track and report daily job productions, job coding
  • Maintain company image
  • Qualifications

  • Class 5 driver’s license
  • 2 years foreman experience (Base, Asphalt), or 5+ years experience as lead hand, sub foreman
  • Must be willing to work overtime and in all weather conditions
  • Mandatory drug and alcohol screening
