Responsibilities :

1) Negotiate big, complex, strategic deals that drive growth, revenue and engagement

2) Ensure all renewal, upgrades and new business revenue targets

3) Provide strategic account management to key customer accounts

4) Co-ordinate and consult with internal partners to deliver the right solution

5) Act as the liaison between key customers and business units / product lines6) Identify and resolve account issues

7) Create sales campaigns into large accounts and closely coordinate company executive involvement with customer management

8) Build and maintain a robust pipeline

9) Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to new and existing clients

10) Ensure orders meet all legal and financial requirements and manage receivables

11) Monitor competitors and maintain client database

Requirements :

1) Minimum 5 years of experience in the tech space

2) Hands-on strategic account sales experience

3) Proficient in strategic account planning design

4) Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills

5) Excellent communication skills
