As Vice President Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, reporting to the CEO, you will lead and mentor a highly skilled group of business development staff during a period of strategic change.
You will help set the stage for the future, establishing short and long-term initiatives and partnerships with new and existing customers to identify new sources of revenue and deliver on agreed upon financial targets.
You’re a well-respected, action-oriented leader with the strategic foresight to develop and identify a compelling business development plan that aligns with the CPhA’s strategic plan and priority objectives.
You have significant experience identifying and building new, beneficial partnerships and have the credibility, integrity and expertise to represent the CPhA to a wide range of audiences within the healthcare and Pharmaceutical industries in Canada and abroad.
With significant (8-10 years) experience at a senior level in business development, you have the ability to develop, execute and deliver effective growth strategies, and influence positive change in a challenging market.
Your creative approach to driving revenue, combined with your strong business acumen, will help position the CPhA for continued success.
Your ability to communicate in both official languages is considered an asset.
