We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Information Technology team.

Responsibilities :

  • Client development by researching and following-up new business development leads
  • Recruiting the top 20% of Information Technology professionals
  • Building a network and list of contacts for sales and recruitment leads / referrals
  • Reference checking
  • Identifying, verifying and fulfilling job requirements
  • Managing valued contractors on assignment
  • Closing deals and following up with all sides to ensure a successful placement
  • Qualifications :

  • At least 4+ years proven IT recruitment experience with a heavy emphasis on account management and client development
  • Ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales quotas and activity targets
  • University or college degree is a must
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proactive / self motivated with an open mind and a willingness to continually learn and hone your talents
