We are currently seeking a Internal and External Posting - Security Analyst - Technical Analyst Endpoint to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).
Performs security and LAN account administration on multiple domains, including creation, modification and deletion of IDs, adhering to specified approval processes.
Performs file server management by creating personal and shared data directories and applies security permissions as required by NTT DATA or requested by the customer.
Creates member access groups, establishes ownership and adds or removes member id’s from these groups as authorized by NTT DATA management (NTT DATA accounts) or by the customer (client accounts).
Performs email administration; creating and deleting email accounts, addresses and calendars both from within an organization (NTT DATA or client) or across organizations (clients) in coordination with internal and external contacts.
Diagnoses, as required, LAN and email operations problems, takes problem resolving actions and, as required, escalates problem specific concerns to the Technical Support team.
Coordinates with assigned resources to ensure that all user service requests are completed on schedule and that service levels are met or exceeded.
Implements, maintains documentation and maintains security, LAN and EMAIL administration functions and change control system for NTT DATA and individual client business environments in keeping with approved policies and standards.
Reviews access controls, ids, and group lists to ensure they are current.
Conducts CIRATS (security checks) to ensure there have been no id use / security violations.
Re-validates NTT DATA user ids on a quarterly basis, forwarding information to Account Administration.
Provides input to the development of LAN and email administrative policies and standards.
Supports maintenance of cross government IS technical standards.
Maintains queue co-ordination to assist with work flow.
Tests new tools, features and processes
Provides point of contact for emergency requests from client organizations.
Provides backup ID administration for Service BC.
May provide informal training to other team members.
