TELUS is one of the largest companies and retailers in Canada, with a distribution network of 400 Corporate Stores and 1500 partner retailers.
In this role you will work directly with senior leadership as well as other cross-functional stakeholders to set the future direction for TELUS' retail strategy, either from internal sources or industry trends, and then quickly spring into action turning strategy into viable operational business plans.
We are looking for an individual with change management experience, particularly with transformational programs, stakeholder management and critical thinking skills who can support both short and long term planning activities.
Work in collaboration with the leadership team to ensure strong alignment between corporate strategies and priorities to those of the TELUS Retail Team
Provide insight, and analysis for recurring strategic deliverables including; annual strategic planning (Strat Check) and monthly leadership reviews
Build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Digital and Customer Experience teams to optimize customer engagement, build and maintain integrated roadmap impacting retail
Develop hypotheses and present concepts and insightful recommendations to senior leadership
Lead all "selling" documents for key initiatives & strategies communicated to the executive leadership team, ensuring highest quality is presented

Retail business acumen : showcase your ability to understand retail and / or telco industry, including omni-channel operations, processes and measurements
Outstanding presentation skills : leverage your ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of the organization;
constructing presentations and translating complex visualization of ideas and strategies to executive leadership
Courage to do and advocate for what is right and best for the organisation
Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams at all levels of the organization
Organization and time management skills with ability to manage high volume workloads
Ability to flex your work schedule to meet the demands of the business
Minimum 5 years of equivalent business experience
Strategy development, change management, and analysis
Telco and / or Retail experience an asset
Consulting experience an asset
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree considered an asset
