  • Duties

  • Warmly greet visitors and tour guides to our office;
  • Answer calls (with the support for the Operations Team);
  • Conduct research on new destinations;
  • Prepare the guide packs;
  • Ship travel material to clients and manage inventory;
  • Coordinate the logistics of the conference calendar;
  • Purchase insurance products tailored to client needs;
  • Send trip evaluations to the individuals involved;
  • Ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the office (mail, office supplies, birthdays and parties, filing, reservations for staff travel, etc.);
  • Have fun!
  • Any other relevant tasks.
