Bring your creativity and passion for storytelling to Fraser Health’s Public Affairs team and help one of Canada’s largest and fastest-growing health authorities share our stories with our internal and external audiences!

As a Video Producer and Editor , you will lead video production for the content-creation group within the Public Affairs team in developing compelling video content to support robust communications strategies that share the innovative, exciting work that FH is leading in our region.

Working within a fast-paced, exciting environment, you will build relationships with your colleagues throughout the organization to foster clear pathways to information and source stories worth sharing across FH’s platforms as well as with our media and government partners.

We are seeking a highly-motivated, experienced videographer with a passion for storytelling, a creative mindset, and eye for detail who excels as part of a team but can also get down to business independently.

If you love to work collaboratively to find a story to tell, are a natural self-starter, and like nothing more than learning something new every day, this role is for you!

Build on your education and career experience as you :

  • Drive Fraser Health content strategy through the use of video to share our story.
  • Craft organizational brand voice to position Fraser Health as an outstanding care provider and a phenomenal place to work.
  • Plan, coordinate, shoot, and edit video stories such as interviews, testimonials, and b-roll.
  • Lead video production and editing to ensure FH is appropriately represented in all materials while also adhering to our brand strategy.
  • Support creative services on motion graphic design projects as needed.
  • To join our award winning team, we will look for you to have :

  • Degree in Video Production, Film, Broadcasting, or relevant field.
  • Seven (7) years of recent, related experience in entire video production process including pre-production, scripting, storyboarding, production, post-production and managing production projects, including three years’ experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

    This full time position is based at our Central City offices in Surrey, BC , with access to rapid transit, shopping, restaurants, on-site gym and other amenities.
