Grain Terminal Facility Assistant
Paterson Grain is excited to hire Facility Assistant's for our new terminal near Bowden, Alberta , expanding Paterson’s footprint in central Alberta.
The new train loading facility, Paterson Grain’s fourth Inland Export Terminal in Alberta, will incorporate the most modern grain handling and storage concepts.
With storage capacity of over 55,000 metric tonnes, the new facility will utilize a highly efficient loop track system, loading 150 car unit trains in 7 hours.
The new facility will also feature a dual receiving area, allowing for efficient truck unloading. These features are expected to result in quick turnaround times for off-farm deliveries.
The Facility Assistant will be responsible for all activities related to the handling and shipping of grain. The successful candidate must be capable working at heights, in dusty conditions and outdoors.
