What You Will Do The primary function of the PSA is to ensure the store displays and signage is maintained and up to date.
This includes moving beams and grids, rotating stock, building products, and displaying products and product support materials as appropriate per reset and / or project instructions.
This also includes installing and maintaining vendor displays, ensuring all displays are in working order, and processing photos of product displays.
The PSA is expected to check that resets completed by outside vendors are properly done, products are stocked and priced correctly according to specifications, and damaged products are identified and processed according to procedures.
The PSA is also responsible for greeting and acknowledging all customers in a friendly, professional manner and providing quick, responsive customer service.
The PSA is also responsible for monitoring the store for potential security risks and adhering to Loss Prevention safety requirements.
Lastly, the PSA is responsible for completing all other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week.
Required to work a schedule as determined by sales, customer, and business needs, but may be changed by store management based on the needs of the store.
Physical ability to move large, bulky and / or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
What You Need To Succeed Minimum Qualifications Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
Preferred Qualifications 6 months Lowe's sales floor experience. 6 months experience performing product merchandising including reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays.
3 months experience operating forklift / power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment. Working knowledge of basic tools needed for the job (e.
