Job Description

At Officevibe, we create top-notch leaders. Our goal is to help managers become better leaders by teaching them how to gauge their team’s morale and equipping them with the tools they need to make better decisions.

Officevibe supports more than 300,000 users around the world, so we have access to lots of data! Plus, our different internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, etc.

also generate huge amounts of useful data that we need to make good decisions. Officevibe wants to make use of this data to support our different business decisions.

In your role as data engineer, you will :

  • Maintain and improve the quality of Officevibe’s data and data infrastructure.
  • Design, develop, test and maintain optimized ETL processes involving a wide variety of different data sources.
  • Set up a data architecture and create simple, reliable and efficient data models that facilitate analyses by Officevibe’s data scientists and business teams.
  • Contribute to data infrastructure development so that it stays aligned with the business intelligence and artificial intelligence needs of our different teams.
  • Support teams with tracking, collecting and using data in alignment with business needs.
  • Qualifications

  • You need several years of experience as a developer in the world of data, preferably using SQL, MongoDB / NoSQL, C#, Azure or similar technologies.
  • And you should have experience with data modelling, data governance and ETL process development in a Cloud environment and / or with tools like Azure Data Factory or Talend.
  • This position is perfect for you if you’re resourceful, enlightened, meticulous and capable of quickly adapting to changing contexts.
  • You need to easily understand business challenges and be able to translate them into technology requirements and then clearly communicate the results of your work.
  • You’ll be joining a team composed of diverse experts from the realm of data science. You’ll be a central part of helping the team develop business intelligence and artificial intelligence projects.
